Wow... I've not posted in ages. Or at least it seems that way.
However, the looming deadline of the November UK Throne of Skulls. So what have I been up to then?
Well all but the command squad are in base colours, requiring just some basic highlights and some work on the weapons.
I've completed the master of the fleet, basting through the valkyries and vendettas. What I do think is that I may not complete the target :( and may end up as a min colours kind of guy for the tourney. However, I'm still pushing to meet the deadline.
So onto some pics

Useful hobby kit... if airbrushing

I've also picked up a new game to me. I heard about it from the guys at the The D6 Generation, the game is called Munchkin and is created by Steve Jackson Games. Not sure the gaming group will enjoy it, but it sounds great and here's hoping we all love it!
Also if you want to see how my fellow gaming group are going with the build up to Throne of Skulls see them at their sites:

Until next time....

Can we have a closer look of the Valks, I think they look amazing but cant quite tell!
That game seems like an odd one - but hey I'm game for a go! Looks like your branching out into the uber nerd gaing world...
What with your and Tims (Vanus Temp) recent efforts I need to pull my finger out... again.
I'll get new pics of the vales later today.
It's not full level uber geek. Though I do plan to get fantasy flight games dungeon crawl game called descent.
Nice work on the flyers and the MOF is inspired. Awesome.
More Please!
Ok ok... I'll work on some pics this weekend. :)
Munchkin is fun, and a good way to kill a few hours...
As for the valkyries - very nice. :D
Its a shame I can't afford an airbrush.
I look forward to seeing pics of the finished army. I like what you've done with the valks so far.
Thanks for the comments everyone.
